1. I would think about having 3 numbers on the right side only.
   I would always Buy the 5&9 for $34 which pays $50 when possible.
   I would either make a $42 place 6, risking $10.
   34 + 34 + 42 = 110
   Or
   Buy the 5&9 for $34 and Buy the 4 OR 10 for $26.
   34 + 34 + 26 = 94.
   You have 3 numbers with 11 ways working for you.

   If your trying to stay below the 100 you could do a $34 buy of the 9, and Buy the 4 & 10 with $26 each, if 5 becomes the point.
