Have you tried finding a point when to abandon the don't bet and try a different strategy?

If I have a large DP against a 4 or 10, I am a little different as I will not lay odds. Rather I will Place against for a guaranteed profit. Especially so if I have a DP against the 4 and 10 at the same time…6 ways to roll a 7 and 6 ways to roll a combined 4/10.
