Hey Bofrots!

You may have seen me cook brunch for my friends and loved one when they visit. Today, I will share our family recipe of how to make Ghana Pancakes*. This recipe was first taught by my Aunt when she visited from Italy. I was the only one to know this recipe because I was the only “early riser”. I hope you can enjoy this video as I pass along this recipe to my Nephew and you, Bofrot! Let me know if you get the chance to try it.

*Not to be confused with Crepes which originates in France. This originates in Ghana (period – no comparisons needed).
