What are the worst poker plays you have seen? Also, please stop betting the flop like this (I'm begging you!) https://youtu.be/ISjpsX6SwWw
I don't get #5. Why would you chase the fish off or teach them the right play?Might be the most irritating thing I see regularly at the tables.
I used to play against a maniac who would bet relentlessly with position. He was the kind of guy where if you had any broadway pair and there wasn't an Ace on the board, you could comfortably call down a triple barrel for all-in. He showed up often with no-pair and 2 small cards. It was rumored at the poker room (and likely true) that he had gone through over $500K playing $1/$2 NL over the course of a few of years. So my vote for worst bad play is naked, unbalanced aggression.
4 and 5 are very important once you are confident with your play. You can "master" the first 3 and still no do that well because of playing in the wrong game and running off the bank.
Outstanding videos
Enjoy watching and implementing too

How about a tutorial on how to not be a nit? 😅
What a Don. The best teacher. If you are watching anybody else instead of here at these stakes then I would like to tell you that my sensei is better than your sensei. Thanks always Nathan.
Ive looked at my stats and found that one-pair hands have lost the most money on next to two-pair.. they are great for thin value hands or when you have a good idea of your opponents capped range and can raise it get a bit more value that their pair.
But THIN value is best for single pairs I find now.
So many fish even fold when you keep value betting low.
Is there a simple way you keep your bet sizes on point by quickly assessing range vs nut advantage??
Just some quick rules that can apply to board textures/position etc.
I still remember the first guy who was chatting when I was in my early fish days..he was funny but basically told me he could see I was new and told me he was using a HUD and would make jokes like "Woah, betting on wet ace flop..analyzing stats…error..system overload." Lol it was funny but it only encouraged me to get a HUD, take courses and study. I do like to poke the fish bowl sometimes but more like helpful advice ie "buddy, you gotta learn to fold there.."
