  6. How would you play this on a $10 table? Would you just scale down to $12 to start and bump up to $18 bet after first hit?

  8. Here's one I haven't tested yet no real legal casinos in state, inside numbers 5689 what ever table min is. If 8 hits pull 8 down, put half on 5,9 (9) hits place the min on 8 and 9. Either number hits again on the inside same bet 5 hits pull down 5 take off half on the 6,8. explain the best way I can

  9. I have liked this one since I first saw you do it about a year or so ago. I do like playing the ATS at 5 a pop. I do like you suggested and have a separate 50 to 100 just for side bets.
