A5o is the first Os ax that gets into call node in any icm bvb sim. Thats nothing surprising in my opinion
Its a very easy fold the A5o for the following reason. Even If It was a gto call its completly marginal, unless you are the worst player in the table you should fold.
U can get away with mashing the 3bet fold a lot more in this position, just raising from 3bb to 8.2bb, his range is polarized as he jams the middle and most of the hands he raise folds to a jam will fold to a small 3bet too
