So if he has an A fold, and if he has nothing call. Got it.
I know the intent was to explain that dependent on the type of player you're up against you play your 9s differently, but I think this is a poor example. You showed A3 as if the hero knows that player could have an ace, but that other player could also have an ace and not enough details are given on how to make the call or fold here. I think position should be considered a big factor in the decision – in position and depending on the preflop betting, I'm likely to call at least a cbet here with 9s and see if another Broadway card comes on the turn. People are going to cbet widely and folding to a single bet in position is too conservative in my opinion. If your opponent checks the turn you may get to a cheap showdown with the likely best hand. If I'm out of position I think this hand pays very differently against a cbet and it will depend more on what I know about this player and their tendency to bet as a bluff vs. bet for value
Play em like their lovein aces!
A lot of times if I bet big on f lop and an Ace shows up I will continue like I have a big Ace
Check shove
Iād tend to lump this into one of your previous tips and treat it like what it is: Mid pair. Meaning delayed Cbet a majority of the time. š¤·š»āāļø

Raise pre flop, rep the ace. How hard to rep it depends on opponent.
I always jam my pocket pairs pre-flop.
At low stakes, with this example, if someone donk leads, auto fold. If they bet and you call, shut down. You aren't bluffing off fish from a pair of Aces, no matter their kicker.
