Don't forget the voice. It tells a lot too. But do you ever take into account the various invisible influences that might alter these signs? Such as medications, illicit drugs, alcohol, or a person standing a certain way because it's more comfortable for them if they have a bad back or something like that? Trying to pin people down to a textbook case is the same sort of silliness that the medical profession Exhibits. There is no such thing as a textbook case. Each individual is different, even though we do have common physical signs. And then of course, there are psychopaths, who usually fool everybody. I've seen it. But there is a lot to be said for the study of body language just the same.
A blink rate might have physiological or other factors. For example, a person like myself whose eyes are light-sensitive might blink more than a person who doesn't have such issues.
I always selfhug, no matter what I'm doing
This is all B.s, i studied body language for 13 years and all it does is boost your own Ego lol. It gets to point you start to lie to yourself.
I came to realize that anything that does not have motion to it is dead.
People move, people smile, people breath, people make facial expressions, people get upset, people happy, people get nervous, people touch themselves etc etc etc.
.PEOPLE ARE ALWAYS IN MOTION.
Ask yourself what is body language? Motion
Ask yourself what is truthful body Language? Motion
Ask yourself what is lying body Language? Motion lol
Now video record yourself for 24hr and then play it back. According to body language you will be lying all day even if your not lying.
25 years of catching spies…. how many did you catch?
I do none of these when telling lies or trying to hide something
