I like this strategy but I'd modify it to hop all 3 of the 7 combos plus the 11 and be willing to take an extra couple rolls to recover just to take the catastrophic first roll out. It's only $28 vs $14 that you're losing and with the strategy and any type of good roll or getting 2/3 craps on the opening roll leaves you sitting in very good shape.
You would have to practice a lot to be good at this one, to many moving parts
Great job explaining it and interesting system aside from the risk numbers at points. Definitely complicated and youβll want dealers who can keep up! π
Hot springs got one on Mondayβs
Jeremy–Spectacular to see you showing a strategy that uses the DP! It's basic math, and Not complicated. But unless players understand what and when and how to use Great tools like the DP, Lays, and Hops–this all is foreign and they say as much below. People need encouragement and education to grow in a good way.
You've got a Great channel which you can use to educate players how and when and why to use these Great and Fun parts of the game! You help people grow their knowledge and understanding of what these different bets do. Please keep up the Great work!
Teaching people how to use the DP to protect against loss, until in profit, is Very Smart!π
Just think of how Really Foolish folks feel when they lose $100 or more on a PSO! You just taught them Exactly When and How to prevent that, but like most folks they're gonna need to see you use these tools more and more, before they "get" the idea and have the courage to use it.
You shared that the person who submitted the strategy didn't 'protect' against the Yo–that's because, on average it's Only gonna hit every 18 rolls. You shared that covering 'only' 2 of the Hop 7's was part of the strategy, but you weren't sure why he didn't cover all 3 Hop's on the 7. Believe he didn't cover all 3 combinations for 2 reasons: First, it costs him an extra $7, which he'd have to recover, and second, he's not gonna 'cover' the YO because there's only 2 ways to hit the Yo (1:18): by eliminating 4 of the 6 pairs able to Hit 7, you're left with only 2 ways to hit 7, or you took a 1 in 6 Huge risk, and dropped it to 1 in 18–or down to the same 'risk' as the Yo.π
Brilliant Strategy, and you explained it well. This strategy is poised to "go long" and really clean up, because it's 1) not lost between point and point +6, and 2) made back the original $$ invested in the roll–the 2 critical needs for Any successful strategy. You just didn't have a medium or a long roll: given 2 hours at a table, this craps player Is the one who's positioned to win Big on the intermediate And the long roll, because the 2/3's of ALL shooters 7-Out by point plus 6 have been protected against by this Smart play!ππ
Please bring on more strategies combining "dark side" and "light side" play so your viewers become "craps players" and not just "light side" players who lose too much and just gotta find that one long roll and all will be okay–which is unfortunately too common. A "light side" only player is Doomed to lose month after month, despite those 'nice' wins on the 'long roll' they get lucky to see.
This smart craps player Will win on the intermediate roll and the long roll, And Not lose it on the short roll–up to point+6-where 2/3 of ALL "light side" only players 7-out and lose over and over. Would be good to see you roll this out a few more times…and you'll catch the intermediate and longer roll and clean up–and Best of all-not lose it later by only playing "light side".
Please keep up the smart strategies that are not all 'light side'πππ
Reminds me of HCS' Lightswitch strategy
Explanation was really complicated, but once I saw it in action, very interesting strategy.
Could you increase the field to $30, the any seven to $7, and then cover the third 7 combo for $7 on the come out roll? Not sure how that would impact the places bets. Iβll have to look at this a bit.
I assume that if your casino doesnβt do Hop Bets, you could bet $21 on Any 7 (pays $84 + orig. $21). It takes a little more effort to win back the extra $7 in the second phase of the game. Maybe you have to stick out the Recover Phase for two rolls.
I wouldnt see anyone using this strategy at a live table. The hedge bets really not a fan of them. Bubble craps like you said.
I love to have a sheet on this of what to put on my 5-9 6-8 4-10 for the bet cuz I play this but definitely new the numbers
