I enjoyed watchin this video first thing in the morning Alec, nice job π
This is great
the waves were so tilting in this video
Great vids, solid info. Love it dude
Great video for 2 reasons.
1) The question you ask yourself analyzing hands.
2) Someone told me once "if you don't want to loose money against me you have to play better". I thought it was offensive then, but over the years it proved to be a precise comment. That guy is my friend now.
Thanks for this video. I will try to use this to improve my game.
thanks alec for the great videos.
Thank You Alec
Hey will you be at Choctaw in Durant on Sat? I would like to meet you.
I just watched your "Hand reading mastery" course.
Overall its pretty good but everything moved so fast that I couldnt take good notes and really get the value from it that I probably should have.
One of the things I was able to take from it was "counting combos"… but I see a challenge to do that in my head at a table without pissing off everyone at the table… especially when you also consider the other "math stuff" that should also be done.
I'm not saying it CANT be done, but I'm just not sure if I could do it.
Figure opponents range
Figure pot odds
Figure equity against their range
Count combos you beat
Count combos that beat you
Adjust for any reads or tells
Make a decision
That's a lot…especially if youre online in some hyper turbo and you may have to do that several times during the course of a hand.
So even though the course may have been great, I dont see how I could even practice doing this stuff without people throwing rotten produce in my face.
So basically it's kind of a let down. There must be a better way.
