Poker Tips Video Source & Information:
PokerCoaching coach Lexy Gavin reviews some poker hands that have been played by a student when they are deep in a poker tournament.
She discusses how you should be very aware of your opponent’s stack sizes as this should affect your poker strategy. Deep in poker tournaments the average stack size will be much shorter than when the tournament begins so you must be willing to adapt to maximize your winnings!
Blockers is an important concept that Lexy discusses and when you have strong hands that do not block a lot of the draws on co-ordinated boards you should be more inclined to bet.
Lexy talks about the merits of using a smaller bet size with your strong value hands when the effective stack is shallow. This will give an opportunity to your opponents to over play their poker hands and check/shove which allows you to maximize the amount you win!

Would you like me to release Part 1 of this series from Lexy? 🚀📈
Interesting content. But make it clear in the title next time if this is for online tournament or live tournament. Both completely different beasts with similar appearances but very different game flow.
I'm curious why it matters if she shoves or not in the first hand? She has basically the same fold equity either way and will be getting it in against any solid hand either way.
GREAT VID ❤❤..YOU CAN USE PLAYER/S IF IS EASIER 😂😂
Come on Lexy. Why are you reviewing hands that you don't have the runout for? You just say, I hope the 7s were good. Seriously what is that?
Come save us Jonathon.
No offense coach but she's a lot easier on the eyes and you are LOL!
I think this student is decent, TAG. Definitely needs to work on bet sizing. Low stakes, play good poker and let the fish make the mistakes. Look for some spots in LP to light 3 bet and you will be making some deep runs. And when I say work on your bet sizing, some people just go to quick online, I do sometimes. But late stages, I want every BB I can get. Just saw a few spots where you had the best hand but bet to much and they fold. AQo could have bet small or I would have checked that one back. There really were no turn cards that were bad for you. Awesome shove with TT over the SB shove. Some people fold there trying to min cash. Good to see your out for the win and not just a min cash
"late stage of the tourney" dead wrong about "shoving" imo with 7's in the hole with 17 BB. (Guess it depends on the persons style) less then 10 BB's i'm shoving there. I like the min raise because you know the SB is pushing with only 2 BB left hoping to dbl through the raise. BB has 6 BB's folds with garbage hand hoping to see a few more hands. Why shove with 77's there on the button with 17 bigs. I want some action with playing against 2 opponents in position.
Why does every single hand have everyone at same stack size?? Stack sizes matter a lot at end stages
Love Lexi
