  1. As long as you dont play the comeout you are correct. But if you play the comeout the 7 and 11 take affect for the Pass line and would crush a place bet in the long run of come out rolls. IMO. Great video and presentation.

  2. Very informative…but that's based on 1x odds..what about 2x or 3x behind? I still think it's better to play the box. Just curious?

  3. I start see the loses a few years back, I stop playing the odds then, thanks for the video.

  4. It annoys the $h out of me when a run of 2,3,12 happens on comeouts.
Similar thought when i would play doey dont. Dealers always hassled. Blah blah. Im like hey if im going to play $10 pass and $20 odds then thats $30 at risk. Instead how bout i put that entire $30 on odds (best bet on the table). So $10 pass, $10 dont and $30 odds.
Still didnt make sense to them.
Always the comment when a 7 pops up. See you lost money there. No talk when the $30 on the 4 pays me $60 instead of $50, as it would with $10 pass and $20 odds

  5. This won't solve the debate but here's some math. Using a 100 dollar bet with no odds, the pass line from comeout to resolution has an ev of -1.41. The place bets 4 and 10 is -1.67, 5 and 9 is -2.27 and the 6 and 8 is -1.51. So the pass line wins the math. However the pass line relies on comeout winners to come out on top. If you have to rely on hitting numbers to win, the pass line player must play 5X odds on 6 and 8, 9X on 5 or 9 and 19X on a 4 or 10 to be even with a place bet wager in the betting the same combined amount as the pass line bettor. Personally you can devise solid strategies around either type of bet provide you realize nothing wins without compliance from the dice, For me I just keep it simple and parlay a hard 4 or 10.
