  1. Some places don't let you in without scanning your ID though. So this strategy will probably not work in the future at a lot of places.

  2. Can you not just call the cops when they refuse to cash out? Is that not just theft?

  3. I feel like doing the ID dance to the extent you make a scene out of it is the best way to completely flag yourself as a counter.

  4. That guy keeps avoiding your question and saying "I am not a lawyer" because he doesn't want to say anything definitive like when someone is being interrogated by the police and they say "I don't recall" rather than yes or no.

  5. at 3:46 in Bossier City/Shreveport, you see the Diamond Jack's Casino sign. That poor casino closed a few years back (Spring of 2020). Covid killed it. There are plans to have another casino there by December of 2024.

  6. as a european it completely and utterly baffles me that not carrying an ID on you at all times is something OK to do

  7. Asking to see the manager was correct, but you wasted too much time talking to him. I would have called the gaming commission from the floor as they must work whenever a casino is operating for reasons just like this. Gaming agents are neutral and fair and casino's will get fined or worse if they continually engage in illegal conduct.

  8. The question to ask it what is considered a large enough amount for you to require ID and them immediately cash out less than that, come back 5 minutes later and cash out that same amount…wash, rinse, repeat until you are cashed out.
