Why are loose passive poker players the easiest player type to crush?
Here’s a couple of important poker strategy concepts that the loose passive poker player misses.
Their poker strategy doesn’t apply aggressive pressure so they aren’t forcing you off of pots, they often aren’t bluffing you off of a big poker hand.
When you want to get value from your huge poker hands this player type is also often calling you down, even with a really weak (trash) poker hand in a huge pot!
You also get to bet lighter for protection and value, this player type is calling you extremely wide and once you understand how wide you can start making value bets on the river with hands that would normally check or fold.
This player type will allow you to play a very straightforward poker strategy of betting with good hands and checking with bad hands, learn more in this pro poker advice clip!
If you’re building huge chip stacks already but still looking for how to improve at pot limit omaha, no limit hold ‘em, or poker in general, Phil Galfond is here to teach you how to think like a professional poker player.
