As an actual Dealer for 10 years I can understand where these trainees are coming from… some may not understand it properly.. some may be trying too hard not to make mistakes and most when a mistake is made they become flustered and then begin to shut down and cant think straight… It all comes with practice and repetition.. also it the scanning process that messes up and therefore messes up the dealer… when mistakes are made its ok.. 1st dont attempt to fix your mistake by yourself call your Supervisor.. and 2nd breathe and slow the pace down to let you gather yourself..
