    Morn:Hot water
    Bf:Chana salad
    Lun:varagu sadam,Keerai kadayal
    Eve:almonds
    Dinn:veg wheat rava upma
    10000 STEPS Completed

  2. Day13:
    Bf: 1chappathi
    Lun:rice (small cup) , fish kolambu, 2piece fish
    Evng:kadala burfi, 2 badam
    Din:1cup mushroom soup, 1egg omlet, 1piece fish (within 7.30)
    Mrng and nit:jeera hot water
    3.50 ltr water
    8k stps walking
    10min exercise
    Gud nit sis🥰

    Mrg: jeera water one cup
    Bf:Ragi idiyyappam with brown sugar
    Mid mrg:buttermilk one glass
    Lunch:pulisatham ,brinjal poriyal
    Eve snacks:white pattani one cup

    2day no workout dr bcz periods time heavy stomach pain.
