  1. If the count is high enough, you take it. Also, dealers in 3 different casinos in my area allow insurance up to the total amount of the bet.

  3. I've heard this complaint, about the low volume, before. It is hard for me to relate to because I just turn up the volume and I'm fine. However, I hear you. I think I need to get some better video editing software that allows for adjusting the volume of the final product. Meanwhile, all I can do is apologize.
