Not really sure what this video is supposed to show or explain. Increasing or decreasing your bet after a win or loss doesn't improve your chances of winning money. I could tell you to increase your bet by n units after a loss because "you're bound to win soon." This is purely gambler's fallacy. The only way to improve your advantage is to count and change your betting – and possibly deviate from basic strat – according to the count.
