I have a question: Are the deviations different depending on a h17 or s17 game?

I'm interested in why the second deviation looks at running count rather than true count, does this mean that regardless of shoe size it only cares if there's a single more high card?

Sometimes I play single deck blackjack with bonus funds on bovada
If I open with a 6 vs a 10 and hit a 6, then a 4, I have 16 vs a 10 with a T+2
So it becomes a clear cut stay lol
