If you are rolling "Death Saving Throws" when you get 3 saves you are at 0 HP still you are just "Stabilized" and "Unconscious" meaning you don't have to keep rolling saving throws. Rolling a nat 20 will bring you back up at 1 HP but 3 death saves will not.
EDIT: This is merely me being a big dork, its a small detail he put a lot into these videos so small hiccups are always going to be a thing. I did not expect this to blow up.
