  1. Honestly do not quite understand the levelling experience comment about BLM. When I played it as my main every new skill from 1-50 changed the rotation at least a little and a few adjust how you transition from astral to umbral (and/or back) in significant ways. Some traits are game-changers. Yes, it is not as dramatic or flashy a change as other jobs but when optimizing position and rotation are so important to BLM (too much moving around and/or bad mp management are really noticeable hits to uptime) even subtle changes affect how you play. I honestly felt a much more consistent learning curve and play experience with BLM than most other jobs.

    Now all we need is Red Mage to feel like it matters beyond VerRaise and we win. And Red Mages ALWAYS win.

    Also, as a person who plays FFXIV (Read: GAAAYYYY) and a BLM main, I have to say: I will suck it sir. I will suck it so hard. Because I'm intense like that (Read: GAAAYYYY).

  6. Been waiting for years for the Blue Mage ERP patch, to no avail… one day I'll be able to Final Sting my way to someone's heart😔

  8. As a fan of blue, I found myself settling for a blue-clad RDM. I have even given myself the title of "Bluest RDM" even though there's probably someone out there playing RDM with worse depression than my presently undiagnosed (hard to find a psyche in LA for some reason) mild depression.
