If am playing at a casino with an ATS, I always work on the come out after a 7. I think it is a wasted roll and the dice don’t know it is a come out roll. If there is no ATS then I can see not working on the come out because people try to roll 7’s. Just my humble opinion after much experience doing it both ways. I agree with you 100%, the short game is how you win in the long run!
