No you CANNOT bet on the Don't Pass after a point is established, that is NOT ALLOWED!! (you will be reprimanded for doing that). Yes, that's what the Don't Come is for.
Then doesn't it make more sense to put money on the 4 or 10 on the don't come, to prevent the 7 from coming out on the 1st roll? So, I wait for the first roll. If it's a 6, I can still put $10 on the (don't come 4) and then when the 7 comes, I can get $5 back. What happens when the 6 comes? I'm assuming my 4 bet is still in play. Correct?
So, the don't come bar is the exact same as the don't pass line? I thought you can select what number you want on the don't come bar.
When you put money in the Don't Come, the next roll of the dice determines what number you money is moved to. It's placed behind the number by the dealer. Then you can lay odds. If that number rolls again, you lose. If 7 rolls, you win.
DP Is not Betting With The House . There is no such Thing, You lay $20 To Get 10 How Is This not Advantage ? 12 is push how is that not advantage. ? WHAT DP Is Is Betting Against The Do players There Is Such a mess Of confusion About This Great Simple game
so if you get payed 1:1 on the Dont Pass and only 1:2 when laying odds why dont you just play all that money on the flat bet?
i have this theme on my zippo case…..
Q: I put 50.00 on the Don't Come Bar after a point is established …like "8". The dice are rolled and a "4" hits. So my money 50.00 is moved to the "4".
*If the 8 is rolled on the next roll do I lose my 50.00 or is it lost only if a 4 is rolled?
*If the 8 is rolled and I don't lose my money…what happens if a 7 is rolled on the come out roll?
Q: I have money placed on 6, I have a come bet that's on 6 with full odds. If six hits, does the money that's on 6 get taken down or does it stay up?
Q: Which bets can I take down between rolls?
It just amazes me why people fail to min-bet don't pass (with odds) and min-bet don't come (with odds)…with the amount of odds and amount of follow-up don't come bets being based off of bankroll.
You lose a lot less often. Winning more makes the game more fun…especially more fun than "going with the table". I've always dreamed of having an entire darkside table cheering for the 7.
On a Don't Come bet, After it is moved from the box to a number, does it still mirror a Don't Pass bet in being able to take down all ( OR PART ) of the bet ?
