So first thing is you claim to be a teacher of Craps and yet you never teach the most important bet on the table. The only bet in which the house has 0 edge. Yeah he had a Healthy bet of $35 dollars on the pass line but why would t he play it as $5 or $10 dollars on the line and put rest as odds which pay true value of the point? I like the progression of pressing with house money but why not press place bets along the way as well? Overall concept is fine but the implementation of the pass line is grossly mis-managed and I would thing pressing should be applied throughout all bets made not just the pass line.
Sorry dude. Too much money on the table and also in the wrong places. No way you should lose money when the shooter hits 4 pass line points.
Do you run a gambling parlor or something? Full sized table in your house?
What's the maximum pass line bet you can make?
And why wouldn't you take odds on the pass instead of doubling up the pass?
Is there a simplified version i could play while betting money .. like at my homies house, without the big game board thing…
I'm new to the game. Can you explain (because it wasn't in this example) why it would be better to stack chips on the pass line instead of a minimum bet but then stack the chips on the free odds when the point is established? Is it the same thing?
I thought betting in the field was a good thing ???
The best bet in the house is putting odds behind a pass line bet after a point has been made. Also, on the come out why don't you play a field bet equal to your pass line to take the 2, 3 and 12 out of play with respect to your pass line bet?…….just saying. I agree with your place bet strategy….especially if you get a hot shooter that throws 15 rolls before rolling a 7 out.
Always put $5 on the 5 with the 6 and 8 then place $5 in the field, this way you win on every roll unless you 7 out.
