alr: a look into two different eating disorders

Craps Tips Video Source:

hey kpoplynns,

today’s video is also a bit more serious, i promise my next one will be more light hearted! so, this is an idea i’ve had now for while because i was so agitated by amberlynn and her victim mentality she puts on every so often to garner sympathy from new viewers. i hope you guys see what point i was trying to make here. i understand that these two ladies have had separate & varying life struggles.

  1. please read my most recent community post for more information on this video. thank you!

  2. So she hates fat comments and “fat phobic” people but makes a fat joke herself to mock them, huh, make it make sense please

Also she says people want her to fail, and that her basically failing brings her views, but, if you look at it, people are happier and more inclined to watch her succeed, rather than watch her fail. but then here i am watching about 10 alr videos about her going “mmhm mmhm” over her luna or Jenny Craig bars

  3. If she's admitting to having a food addiction, and that she needs help, why doesn't she go to an ED unit voluntarily? Can she do this in the states? I'm not sure I may be completely wrong.

  4. Both of them need psychological support/treatment, a lot of people have said how ALR has narcissistic personality adaptations and maybe she does, but if so she needs help with that combined with eating clean, it's common for people with PA to have addictions and until she finds healthier ways to cope emotionally she will be stuck sabotaging

  5. eugenia and alr both constantly choose to promote their EDs, which are understandably hard to recover from as they've been dealing with these their entire lives with no interventions since childhood. I want them to seek help, but they can't constantly film binge eating and body checking, then getting upset when people call it out and explain how dangerous it is. You don't choose to be more susceptible to eating disorders, but you can choose not to monetize off of it. Their audiences want them to seek help, and granted, they do get a bunch of unwarranted hate. However, actual criticisms toward them promoting their eating disorders is valid.
