  1. Stupid Question, You hit and take it down . Then what? Maybe your bets lose outright, then what? Craps vs Baccarat or Blackjack is a loser in the long run.

  2. Correction: 4 and 10 pays: 9 to 5. The Casino may take a commission. Further, there are 3 ways to roll a 4 or 10 and 6 ways to roll a 7. A better way to bet is the Iron cross. After a point is established. Bet one unit say 5.00 in the field, 5.00 on the 5, 6.00 on the 6 & 8. That 22.00 gets paid on every number possible except 7. With 36 possible combinations there are 6 ways to roll a 7 but 30 ways to win on all the other possible numbers 6 to 30 or 1 to 5 in your favor. So 1 out of every 5 rolls will be a loosing (7). I recommend pulling all your bets down after every three or four rolls as on the fifth roll your chance of loosing is 50/50. This way you always have the advantage. Some times you will still loose even if you leave your bets up and working for only three or four rolls that is why you should use a money management strategy of 5 secession's and never gamble with money you cant afford to loose. Let me know your thoughts or comments.

  3. 1 out of 3 ? i thought its 2 out of 3 for the simple face the 4 comes 2 ways on a dice and the only number that can mess that up is the 7 so 2/3 all the other numbers don't matter

  4. Harrahs in NC charges $1 Vig when you buy 4 or 10 for any amount from $20-$39. They charge you again when they pay you. If you buy the 4 and 10 for $25 each, that will cost you $25+$25+$2. If you buy then for $35 each, it will cost you $70+$3 = $73. If you win on the $25, they will pay you $49. If you take all bets down, you will have $25+$49+$25+$1 (vig) = 100.
    You will win 1 out of 3 rolls. The 2 rolls you lose will cost you $25+$1 (vig)+$25+$1 (vig) each = $52×2 = $104. 1 – 100/104 = 3.85% house edge

  5. The only bet that lowers the house edge is "ODDS" bet. Vig is charged on total Combined 4/10 buy bets
