4. This isn't exactly right. It's best to split the two halves, making a small triangle, to easily put the cards together. Also, you dont have to use a card to pick up the cards.

   Sorry Greg this NOT a proper casino shuffle.
   After the final riffle you have to fully release the deck before you do the one-handed cut.
   You said it. Too easy to cheat. You have to release the deck to prove you didn't leave any breaks in the deck.
   A "break" is when you use one of your fingers to keep the two parts of the deck separated, signifying where you should cut from.
   Close but no cigars

On your first explanation you missed the 3rd riffle after the strip, also for the most part this is correct, however if you're the dealer, after the wash you ALWAYS set the cards towards you rather than the players. Doesn't matter if you see cuz you aren't playing and should be impartial. Don't ever let the players see
