Trading helped my poker game, but poker did not help my trading.
Poker could really help traders foster skills that could prove very helpful within the trading arena. Would definitely recommend playing poker, it better than chess, in the sense of trading.

Ive been a trader for 18 years and began playing poker much later to specifically help improve my trading. So much cross over between the two games/ecosystems. They defintely compliment each other in helping one get better at the other.
