How in the world do you fold top set there!!? Sure, youre drawing, but you're drawing to the nuts. I'd flat there so guy with 23 has more incentive to call or jam. With top set, you want as money in there as possible. This guy makes the mistake of not 3betting AND folding?! He's playing scared money.
