Couldve had 3s full of As, or either of the flush draws with the A of heart or Diamond and bluff shoved on you. Not really anything else i see for him to really have in this situation. He checked back the turn which give more reason to believe he was on a A high flush draw on diamonds or Hearts

Villain wouldn't check back AQ on the turn, he gets raised on the flop and he calls, raised all in on the river, the board is obviously hard to bluff, and if he had a nut flush draw he would probably call with one Ace on the river
