When someone is check-raising too much, especially on the flop, you want to start continuation betting with a polarized range.
What this means is you want to c-bet with your hands that are either very good (top of the range) and happy to call a check raise or very clear bluffs that are happy to fold.
Your middle strength hands become checkbacks, your top pair decent kicker, your okay draws that can’t call a raise, and hands like second pair.
Essentially what happens then is that you are being check raised too often while holding a range that doesn’t mind being check raised, you either have clear folds or clear value hands that can continue in some fashion.
If you’re building huge chip stacks already but still looking for how to improve at pot limit omaha, no limit hold ‘em, or poker in general, Phil Galfond is here to teach you how to think like a professional poker player.

Man these have to be the best short poker videos bar none. I just love the way you explain things, informative yet succinct
I guess he's talking about 100bb 🙂
Pads found out that for 20bb deep, solver bets even wider (like 85%) and shoves everything over the aggro raiser.
If you're playing or 500bb poker you don't mind call a check raise with second pair, if the turn or river comes a flushy card you can bluff your opponent off at some frequency. There are good LAG who knows how to fold but if you're against an aggro who just stick with their AK or overpair bet bet bet…you better relinquish your hand
