at 3:05 why does 84s have 36% equity when AJs only has 33%? how is 84s better than AJs here
First, let me say I enjoyed your commentary. However, this was played like a textbook missed flush draw. At best Jacob represented AK which was meaningless as was 88. You definitely detailed a way to assess the viability of a backdoor flush, but this hand texture is obvious, and literally anyone should be able to sniff this out. I would be interested in analysis with a better hand or with this hand with physical tells also mentioned.
Great analysis, especially the point about straight draws
he cud also represent K8
What does JACOB do if he makes flush, does he just lead out on river?? Isn’t it better to check raise flop???
I love this breakdown. I believe the most important takeaway from this entire hand is just how bad a spot you can find yourself in when you fail to take control of a hand like this preflop. A small four bet would have avoided so much pain.
never favour a check call of ANY fd esp on turn, because once you get to river you donking river it's going to be superb obvious, if i wanna play im gonna checkraise or fold
i dont like the river bet by jacob. it seems like if you want to extract maximum ev for yourself, you've to go all in as a bluff or value there. Theres no wishy washy 550. This is why most people failed in life, they're uncertain.
i sub n really enjoyed and learned a lot from ur analysis. thx. 👍
I’m getting bad vibes about the 84s guy,Postle type vibes😃
