Poker Strategy Info And Source:
Playing from the big blind is one of the most common situations that you will find yourself in at the poker table. Every orbit you play in the big blind and will mostly have a decision as to whether you should call/check or raise by the time the action ends on you.
It is important you learn how to play this position effectively as you will and should be defending a wide range from the big blind. One big mistake that I see a lot of poker players making is that they play far too tightly or too loosely from the big blind.
You generally want to defend tighter when:
– stacks are deeper
– the raise size is larger
– there is no ante
– there is a rake
– opponent is tight or good
You generally want to defend wider when:
– stacks are shallower
– the raise size is smaller
– there is an ante
– there is no rake
– opponent is loose or bad

Just Right!
How does all of this change as more players stay in the hand and we have preflop and postflop squeeze opportunities or mw equity?
In my last 5 tournaments, I've placed 5 times, and 3 of those were 4th place or better. I can't even begin to thank you for these videos. The increase in bankroll has me playing with a new confidence as well.
This is awesome
Great pointers here which help from out of position in general
