If you are shoving the flop because you have fear that a card on the turn could kill the action then play 50bb stack poker.

It's just too big of a bet on the flop, your gonna fold out a lot of stuff that would continue to a smaller bet. Maybe even JJ or 1010 if your opponent is good. Your already pretty polar, so I think this is a 2/3 or 1/3 pot bet. Personally I like 2/3 because it gives your opponent much better maths on call and then they are committed on the turn because of SPR.
Seriously youre probably a decent player but if you wouldnt be doing random bad like that youd probably be crushing.
