  1. Phil is not stupid. His wife is also a Doctor of Psychology. Something about how he plays and acts on these streams is just so off, I have a suspicion he just does this to create an image of himself so that when he plays privately he can lure people in to try and clean him out. Poker is a game of acting, lying and ego.

  2. Phil Hellmuth is so concerned about trying to look like a white magic genius that he's willing to look/play like a moron 80% of the time solely to have bragging rights the 20% of the time he happens to be right.
