J.R. on the button decides to raise to isolate with his pocket queens. Alan Keating who had been playing 100% VPIP up to this point decides to keep up his charade and cold calls with 85 of diamonds. Hellmuth decides to call. The flop gives J.R. middle set, Keating bottom pair and Hellmuth a gutshot and backdoor flush draw. J.R. bets and both Hellmuth and Keating decide to call. The turn is where things get interesting as Hellmuth decides for another unconventional play and decides to lead on the 7 of hearts. J.R. raises which forces Keating to fold and Hellmuth makes a very ambitious float. The river bricks out and J.R. makes a half pot sized bet before Hellmuth very quickly makes the call with just king high! Was this a mistake or was he making a hero call?
