  1. Big fan Bart.
Only criticism is something very prevalent in this video.
Often callers are just wrong and trying to justify their bad decisions.
You should have told him, with all possible respect that he was simply WRONG!

Easily explained, also wrong but a much better option would be the call all the way regardless decision.

Why? He's getting even money on his "shove" (it's effectively a shove with the call off)
Or, he can get 3 to 1 , calling regardless.

If he is going to play it wrong anyway and not look at bluffs v Value. He'd be as well taking 3-1 over Even money.

  2. You think you should be shoving the turn because he also got KK and you could get him off the split, but you don´t know that when you play. I guess you in theory turn KK in to a bluff on 4th street against 4 combos of AA, 2 combos of AJs, 1 combo of KJs and loose to 2 combos of AQs, 1 combo of KQs, 1 combo of QQ, 1 combo of JJ (W7-L5), and valuebet against 8 combos of AK, but you mentioned that you thought that only AA would fold so it´s obvious that you bet turn just because you don´t wan´t to be faced with a tough decision and not the above. If you are doing something just because you are scared of taking a perhaps difficult decision you need to work on you confidence as a poker player and your thinking process whilst playing.

  3. I really didn’t expect the villain to have kings. What casino was this at? I’ve never heard of a 1/2 game with a $500 max buy in.

  4. There's too much hate in this chat towards callers who are newer players. Everyone has to start from somewhere and this guy is at least willing to listen and learn from Bart. There have been far more experienced players call in that just want to try to brag and you can tell they barely take Bart's opinions into account.

  5. To the caller, Bart is saying pre-flop that if a lot of the players are going to 8X pre-flop, then you should raise that much with the 2nd best pre-flop hand in poker. It didn't seem like you understood that.

  6. Caller doesn't have confidence in his play and gets paralysis by analysis. He would rather cross his fingers and toss out $300 on the turn for no real betting reason than to check, get called out for all his stack and then be distraught on calling $645 or folding. Also, hoping he'd fold a small pair. If he has the small pair, check, keep him in to make a betting mistake on the river that you capitalize on. He's a new player and you did a good job with him.
