Actually,in the KK45 hand where you squueze 2 players from the BB you are the underdog in a preflop 3way all in situation,and you retain the worst preflop equity,noo matter what hand you give to the 2nd player(we assume player 1 has AAxx).No matter what hand you give you the cold caller(player 2),any rundown,even Khigh rundowns that you could possible dominate,have more equity in this situation.Its obviouly unlucky that player 1 has AAKx so your King is dead but EVEN IF you remove that,you dont gain significant equity to justify this squueze.Prolly double suited or more connected KK would be a better choice.
