  2. Very goods players will call with AT no diamond at some frequency but will fold KQ or KJ on the river. Heck even 99 and 88 are better calls than any AT. On the river any one pair hand is a bluff catcher. The ones that block the villain's bluffs are the worst candidates to call.

  3. This 'strategy' goes back 20+ years to an old internet post called something like "bluff shove and run" Back in the days when there were so many casinos on the Strip where you could just easily walk between them, The players would do this….check/call flop OOP, check raise turn and jam river. But you need big stacks and have to be happy making 30BB in each casino. then walk to the next casino and repeat.
