I would bet half pot on the flop, and fold the all in. His call of the 3bet preflop and not 4beting and then his all in he may have a TT, JJ, combinations with the 9, or just hit the flush with kj, j10, I don't see any bluff with that line after u bet 75% of the pot.
Thoughts on why you would bet big there? Do you have any bluffs when doing so? wouldve thought donk bet small, or XR. Monotone usually slows things down, given likelihood of flush to slowplay.
bet 75% is not good. 25% is general and enough.
