I don’t see any reason to fold here. Foxen really showed 0 strength throughout the hand. You have and block the low end of the straight, highly unlikely he hit runner runner flush, unless you put him on exactly KQ for some reason, it was just a great bluff card on the end but he should know that. 100% a call

I quite prefer an overbet and then makes it harder for Foxen to push the button on a bluff. Unles your bet small to induce the raise and your calling which is fine. But betting pot and then folding I don’t know about that one
