Yes you should fold because the opponent has a full house.? Stupid question
This isn’t the final table? Where’s 2nd place finisher Semmartino?
Nothing wrong with that call. He was unlucky, its poker. Move on to the next hand
Think long think wrong.
Pretty much have to call here. Sometimes in poker you are coolered and there is nothing you can do. Commentary keeps talking about how “out of character” it would be for Ensan to bluff, but there are just so few hands that beat the AQ regardless. Very unlucky spot in that part of the tournament.
A clock would be fine.
Everyone is a genius in the comments.
Su played this hand wrong at the river. Youre sitting 100bb deep with the final table bubble. Everyone knows this. Ensan hasnt gotten out of line and hes not calling a 3 bet with air nor is he raising the river with air. Su's chip stack equity is atleast top 3-5 which means he lost atleast 3 million dollars in equity. You dont make deep runs in the main event on an everyday basis. He tried to make a hero call and he failed. Simple is that. I dont mind the 3 bet in the sb and cbet on the flop. But you gotta check river there. If you bet and get raised (which is what happened), youre gonna be in a very tough spot. Youre not getting any value by betting the river. KJ and maybe AK range all miss and the only value bets are KK or AA which ensan would 4 bet in position with. Hes not turning JJ into a bluff since it has plenty of showdown, not to mention he knows that theyre both deep and dont want to bust. Check call river. He saves atleast 30 to 40 million in chips which is abov avg going into the final table. These opportunities dont come often and if you ever do have the chance to make it to the final table, every move/decision matters. This hand literally let Ensan win the tournament. He was the overwhelming chip leader and it was expected he won. Su donked it off. Plain and simple.
Easiest river snap fold ever
I’d ask to run it 4 times then shove flop
