  1. That was so petty for that poker arbiter @ssface. We've all had that day where we had to underbuy playing our best or just for fun hoping for luck on our side. That was Petty for the floor to be a nit for a one time thing. If it was done 3 times that's when I'd be like ok you tried your luck but to be warned after 1 was petty.

  2. In this world ther are chess players, and there are poker players…

  3. For all non-poker fans, it's not warning because player did nothing wrong as it's dealer's responsibility to make sure before a hand is dealt. Instead it is acknowledgement that poker arbiter or floor (more technical term) made to the player that they have to buyin minimum or they could leave.

  4. 9% chance to draw 8% pot odds, 1% value call and gets it 😉 nice play, she went quiet when she got the nuts though should have kept it loud like when she had nothing and might have got raised.

  5. I think they let this happen on purpose for a bit of dramatic flare? maybe to see if others would pipe up? Its TV after all.

  6. My local casino allows shortbuys every other buyin. They also used to have "splash pots" before the pandemic. A genius move I saw was a player who went broke before the splash pot bought in for $5 to see the river. That illustrates why you cannot do that in most casinos.
