The terms of service on GG Poker are simply ridiculous. According to them you can’t be using and HUD, even if it’s not affecting their tournament tables at all. That means that if you’re playing on any other network using a HUD, you can’t be playing on GG poker.
At least that’s how it is in theory! Some players are able to even stream GG Poker while having their HM2 or tracker open, but nothing is happening. This proves that GG Poker TOS are just completely random and are not enforced on all players equally. You might get your funds confiscated tomorrow – or not until 2025. It’s unclear whether people cheating, using “real HUDs” addons on GG Poker are even detected.

I dont understand why anyone who is taking Poker seriously would play there with the rake system in place. Its 3% uncap PLO and 5% pretty high cap NL. (Its over 40bb/100) This is higher than on most live poker tables (excluding zypern). The rakeback is a loveing joke, its netrev and if you rake like 10k it might just count as 1k rake or even less and you get your 70% or whatever deal you have from those 1k rake. So you pay over 30bb/100 rake including rb, how do you expect to win money there!?

I also had opened some program , while logged into network. I didn't even play! I just got warning not to use it again. Guess because I am a losing player and was from 300$ down to 25$ so they didn't want to ban me. If I had 2000$ I am pretty sure they would confiscate it. Why confiscate 25$ when I might make a new payment and than make up a reason and confiscate if i get lucky and win some. Makes sense from business perspective :).
