Poker Betting Lines and Tactics: How to Bet in Texas Holdem
http://www.winnerinaweek.com/product-category/betting/

In this video—using the Holdem Manager 2 poker-tracking program in combination with Winner In A Week pot-odds, equity and expected-value calculators—I explain the strategy and tactics behind pre-flop and post-flop betting with respect to player profiling based on statistics and your goals when in position.

This video especially covers various so-called “way-ahead, way-behind” scenarios and the difference between a “big hand” (i.e., 2 pair or better in Texas Holdem) and only a “strong hand” (e.g., top pair good kicker). Always remember the adage, “Big pots with big hands. Small pots with small [or ‘only strong’] hands!”

Understanding poker bet types and bet sizing is essential for advanced pot-limit and no-limit poker. Get the poker tools to improve your Texas Holdem game here: http://www.winnerinaweek.com/product-category/texas-holdem/

  1. jesus… this is so far over my head… maybe all the lingo, and numbers on the board threw me. I'm not a bad player, friendly games mostly. Trying to get better. So how do you know what someone's percentage of checking is? Does that only apply to online poker where they reveal that info?

  2. qq is a straight forward hand just sounds like ur making a basic decision hard..

not trying to sound rude but our plan was to go in stack off mode soon as our crazy opponent calls.

way ahead way behind is important with a thinking player but this opponent will call with anything. not reraising flop is crazy and hoping just to gii there is a sin.

its like u waited a street too late and floating helped gather ur opponents feet n got out of doing a mistake.

if villain has any pp or ak hes getting his stacks in its that simple here

  3. Thanks for the great vid, I was more or less aware of most of what you covered but the way you present the information is very clear, I just need to stick to the plan and not get stubborn
