Have you tried this poker strategy? Also, here are the 5 highly profitable hands you need to stop folding: https://youtu.be/Zn2sOOTA-1s
These poker tips are way to basic and aren’t the gto way to play
what if the opponent raises? double your 3/4 pot raise, more than that, etc.? I guess: fold… stall for the effect?!? 🙂
Playing boost/zoom, I have found a somewhat more cautious approach is working well for me. When I have a playable hand, I call anyone, within reason, who raises the big blind preflop. If I am the first to bet however, or if previous betters have only called the big blind, I bet 5 big blinds.
The reasoning is those who raised the big blind ahead of you probably have SOMETHING. Something with some hope to it. Why gamble excessively against that? Just see a flop and take it from there. Also, why bet really big (3 bet) to benefit someone on either side of you with pocket aces or kings? That's a good way to get burned.
If I am first to bet well then you want most people to fold so go for a very solid opening bet. If they don't fold, you'll have a good sized pot right at the flop. Post flop percentage betting will be more meaningful then. Saves a lot of time because your wins generate a lot more chips. Anyway, it seems to be working pretty well. Playing a more cautious/smarter game with a little higher vpip is the ticket. You won't get anywhere playing with an excessively low vpip. You have to get action and play it smarter than most other opponents. I currently play at about 25% vpip.

Amazing how many strategies have literally skyrocketed the winnings
I did this and got called and he crushed me with pocket 2s 😢
You are now my coach. Sorry I didn’t choose you the life did. I won a cash game using your knowledge
this might've worked ten years ago, nowadays two overs float that bet on the flop (though they'll lead out river so at least you can get away) and any checked turn gets called. you pretty much need to three barrel here to get a bluff through or you can just give up on the hand and check/fold down as soon as you miss the flop.
Just won my first poker tournament! $2 buy in and I won $270 this is small stakes but for me it's the Start of my prominent career. So happy and I played amazingly. Got lucky In a couple hands obviously but besides that it was mainly maximizing profit and minimizing losses.
