How to play and place Call Bets on American Roulette racetrack:
In roulette, “call bets” are special types of bets that are made verbally and typically not written down on the betting surface. These bets can be placed at any time during the game and often refer to specific, extended betting patterns on the roulette table.
The track for call bets is the same as roulette wheel and it is subdivided into four main sections, which outline the different types of bets. Call bets include Tiers, Orphelins, Voisins and 0 spiel
Each of these call bets covers different sections of the roulette wheel and table

2:34 Explaining Neighbours bets
The neighbours roulette bet places a straight bet on the number of your choice along with straight bets on the two numbers on both sides. Therefore, 5 betting units are required to to make a neighbours bet. As mentioned, you decide which number is in the centre of the neighbours bet and the croupier will place the four additional bets surrounding it. For example if you place bet on 21 neighbours will play 5 numbers – 21, 25, 2, 4, 19.
