Sounds a very good system. However in real money gets in too deep. I done some maths. Roll 1 one unit. Roll 2 one unit. Roll 3 one unit. Roll 4 one unit Roll 5 two units Roll 6 three units. Roll 7 five units Roll 8 nine units Roll 9 eighteen units. Then need to do the Dreaded Marty to profit. Five more rolls requires a bankroll of 5,184 units for a 17 unit profit. So not a usable system

I tried on simulation with my adaptation and i get 537 units profit in about 45 minutes………….
I think os a good strategy. I 've made a little change and also works. The bet is formed by the last number and the nearest number in the wheel which allows yo play a split. ( excuse me english)
There is a better way to play that and ending with a profit without high risk. When you hit within 5 spins you make a profit. It not always happens like that. It is governed by the law of the third which says that on average on this case with the splits, 6 splits will repeat in 18 spins. It is 18 divides by 3.The idea is to make a profit on any repeat. Complex calculation but pays off at the end. When in deficit, take the deficit and divide it by the number of empty splits on the board. That give the amount of units to bet on each split if the next spin is a repeat. If in profit start over. Count the spins and do not exceed 18. If still not in profit start with 1 split 2 units instead. A few early repeats should put you in profit fast. Practice that for fun first.
