you could do this on two outside bets say a colour and even/odd both on follow the leader have two lots of 20 cash out when in decent profit
This is terrible in 1 regard, no matter how many wins in a row you win you are most likely going to break even because you never bet more than 20.
You need to increase you bets on both wins & loses or martingale on losses & only increase your wins with 3/4 in a row & then start over with your initial bet so you don’t end up betting too high loosing & then loose all your gains from multiple loses because you never increase your bet

I do like this system but the only thing about it is that you got to know when to play the chop. People lose money frequently because they are afraid to play the chop when they are use to following the winner.
I am confused. Has anyone else tested this out more than 1 time? Could you share your results with us?
I tried this a dozen times on simulator. Half were follow the winner and half were bet opposite of last.
If I was on a live table, it would have been at least 8 or 10 hours of play.
Best run was 7 wins in a row, but only after several loss's in a row.
I used your starting $20 bet and followed this system exactly as stated.
I never got above $50 up and went below $0 many times.
In my opinion, this may be a good system for comps or just sitting at a table for a long time.
This would be much better will following the color. Betting against a run of colors is suicide. Number one rule of roulette and baccarat is don’t bet against the trend.
