  1. I really didn’t think this could be more clear. Checks flop, which is standard, but then gives that weird 1/4pot bet on the turn after there’s 3 to a straight on the board. So he’s obviously finding out where he is with that bet, figuring out if you have or are drawing to a straight. Then that Q hits on the river and villain overbets, thinking he can leverage his weird turn play for value and get you to call. But Idk what you’d put him on to call, other than total bluffs. He’s not making that turn play with a straight; and he’s only doing it with A,Q or K,Q if he’s an absolute donkey with that straight draw. I put him on Q8 or Q6 soon as I saw the overbet. And you can get out of the hand for so cheap right there that it just baffles me to shove here with one of the worst hands you can realistically have here.

  2. Thank you for this analysis as it has opened my eyes to becoming a better poker player. To be honest I would of went all-in just like the hero because I have a full-house. I never thought as smart as this before but I will from now on. Thanks again! 🙂

  3. I think the hero just got over excited at his fh, that he didn't stop to consider the possibilities that he was up against.. I did the same thing yesterday in tournament, and lost to a 4 of a kind.. I was so caught up in my awesome fh, worked out than no one could possibly have a higher one.. but forgot about the bigger picture.. lost my ten mill buy in, and had egg smeared on me, from head to toe.. 😭😭😁🔫

  4. I would have checked as well, even if having a Q sometimes just to not let people know I made a pair. But a pair is still pretty week. With the turn there could be a flush or full house if anyone has a pocket pair that was matched on the flop. $500 not being a huge bet I would call. I would call this because of having a full house but could have the lower full house where they could have a Qx. If just called you wouldn't loose as much but sees if your hand wins. Some crazy people online will still bluff this so it would depend how well you know who you are playing. I would probably call though because i'm too far in but this is where i have had bad beats at times. Could be losing some equity but not loosing as much if you aren't beating the hand. And that's why I would have called because that happens too often, a really bad beat because of thinking your hand is too good.

  5. Tienes mucha razon paisa, a veces la emoción le ha llevado a comerme unas coolers terribles manos mejores que las mias y uno herido en su orgullo o emocionado demas por querer sacar valor va all in….craso error.Saludos y gracias.

  6. To my way of thinking, I had the villian on quad queens or 8s full. There was no way I was thinking of going all in on the river. I thought it was an easy lay down.

  7. Great analysis. I start a 2019 WSOP tournament tomorrow. Analysis like this might help.
